In Jesus’ name, please open my mind, heart, eyes, ears, and soul (spiritually)
and teach me. Teach me Your ways Father. I need Your Spirit. I am weak and lost
without you Jesus. I plead the Blood of Jesus over my mind and thoughts.
Forgive me Father for all of my sins so that I may know You better and hear You
clearer.
I need Your Comfort Father, in the name of Jesus. I am
striving Father. I don’t want to lose faith. Your Word says that You will

BELIEVE that You can and have done so already, in the name of Jesus.
I thank You for Your grace and mercy. I thank You for all
that You have so graciously blessed us with. I surrender my life and will to

and friends. Thank You for giving us the power and authority to go boldly into
the world to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the nations. Expand our

You forgave me for my sins...on the Cross
You sacrificed your life for mine...on the Cross
You bore the world's iniquity...on the Cross
You made us free...on the Cross
You expressed Your undying love for us...on the Cross
Your blood saved us as You hung there...on the Cross
You gave us access to God by hanging there...on the Cross
Your thoughts of us were beautiful as you hung there...on the Cross
You said "Yes Father, I will go"...and you hung on the Cross
You redeemed us...on the Cross

I cannot wrap my mind around all of
who You are Father God, Lord Jesus Christ. I am just simply amazed at how much You love and care about me! You created the earth; all its majesty and
beauty for us to enjoy. The heavens above are too amazing to describe with such
small words. Thank You Father, for Your Hand is seen everywhere I look and
turn. You have a beautiful mind Father; far beyond our capacity. You created
all of these beautiful things for us. I embrace these things because Your very
hand sculpted the highest mountain, down to the lowest valley. For You are
great Father and greatly to be praised!

Psalm
51 King James Version (KJV)
Have mercy upon me, O God, according
to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot
out my transgressions.
Wash me throughly from mine
iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.
For I acknowledge my transgressions:
and my sin is ever before me.
Against thee, thee only, have I
sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when
thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest.
Behold, I was shapen in iniquity;
and in sin did my mother conceive me.
Behold, thou desirest truth in the
inward parts: and in the hidden part thou shalt make me to know wisdom.
Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be
clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.
Make me to hear joy and gladness;
that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice.
Hide thy face from my sins, and blot
out all mine iniquities.
Create in me a clean heart, O God;
and renew a right spirit within me.
Cast me not away from thy presence;
and take not thy holy spirit from me.
Restore unto me the joy of thy
salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.
Then will I teach transgressors thy
ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee.
Deliver me from blood guiltiness, O
God, thou God of my salvation: and my tongue shall sing aloud of thy
righteousness.
O Lord, open thou my lips; and my
mouth shall shew forth thy praise.
For thou desirest not sacrifice;
else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering.
The sacrifices of God are a broken
spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.
Do good in thy good pleasure unto
Zion: build thou the walls of Jerusalem.
Then shalt thou be pleased with the
sacrifices of righteousness, with burnt offering and whole burnt offering: then
shall they offer bullocks upon thine altar. King James Version (KJV)
Spirit of Rape
Spirit
of Rape
Before I go any further, I pray that
you have prayed and asked the Holy Spirit to prepare your heart and mind for
this word. Do not be alarmed.
Let’s define the word rape. According
to dictionary.com the definition of rape is as follows:
#3 an act of plunder, violent
seizure, or abuse, despoliation; violation
#4 (Archaic) the act of seizing and
carrying off by force
All of us have been raped at some
point in our lives. This is a sensitive word for many. This word is powerful…if
you allow it. In the natural, we have been raped. Example, the world rapes us EVERYDAY.
As we see, as more time passes, some of our natural rights have been taken
away, i.e. our voices, our freedoms, our right to protest (peacefully).
Prayer is no longer allowed in
schools. The government just has its way with us. Forces us to accept what is
clearly wrong spiritually and morally. I would list more but I do not and will
not use this space for such foolishness.
Rape is a word of bondage. It’s like society just gracefully bows and submits to being raped. We, as
Christians, have to FIGHT! We must fight if we want to live! To be taken viciously
and by force is rape.
Now let’s flip this and look at this
with a spiritual eye and/or mindset. Again, rape is a bondage word. The devil
rapes us, this generation, with ease. We don’t even put up a fight…consensual.
Christianity and the church (yes I said it) has become so accepting of the
world that the devil just takes the Word that has been written on our hearts;
like taking candy from a baby, if I may. Remember the parable of the sower? (Matthew 13:1-23)
The devil comes in the kill, steal,
and destroy…more bondage words. If you allow it, the devil will continue to
rape you. The devil can and will try to take your joy, your marriage, your job,
your children, your money, your health (mental/physical), and your soul! If you
don’t think he will, check out the book of Job in the Bible. Side Note: the
only way the devil was able to attack Job the way he did was because GOD
ALLOWED IT! God removed the hedge from around Job and ALLOWED the devil to
touch Job. **Question: Will you still honor God if He removed His hedge of
protection from you? Will you just allow the devil to rape you and leave you
for dead?
Any time you catch yourself debating
on what you should or should not do and you have an angel on your right
shoulder and the devil on your left shoulder, you must follow the DIVINE
counsel of the Lord or else the devil will scream “RAPE!” and his imps are on
their way!
Know this! This is a way for you to
stop being spiritually raped! Oh glory hallelujah! These next words I will
never forget. My Pastor, Quintant Burnett, spoke these words as he preached one Sabbath morning; the three words were “I BIND YOU!’ When I heard those words I
felt a freeing in my spirit! Hallelujah! I began to bind some things up in my
life! In my home! At my workplace! With my child! Hallelujah!
Don’t allow your flesh to rape you!
You must pray your flesh to be under subjection of the Holy Spirit. Being
transparent, I would have urges; sexual urges and mental urges. Urges that nine
times out of ten made me go against keeping my body (temple) a holy vessel,
holy and acceptable unto the Lord. Urges to over eat, urges to verbally abuse
someone who has harmed me with their words, urges to hurt someone who has hurt
me physically and urges to give in to sexual perversions. This is all spiritual
RAPE! I had to pray and ask the Holy Spirit to help me and open the door of
self-control; a fruit of the Spirit.
I didn’t want to say those mean and
hurtful things. I didn’t want to do those other aforementioned things. I
refuse, from this point forward to allow the spirit of rape to have its way in
my life. You can no longer rape me of the Word of God. I have to hold on to the
Word with everything I have because it is life-sustaining. Spirit of rape, you
dwell with the devil. You don’t want me to have what God has for me. I’m glad
to be the bearer of bad news to you, devil. YOU WILL NOT TAKE THE WORD OF THE
LIVING GOD AND THE LIVING CHRIST FROM ME! In the mighty name of Jesus, devil
and spirit of rape, you are extinguished! Your light is out! No more rape of my
physical and spiritual body, my mind, my soul, my entire being. The Blood of
Jesus prevents you from coming near to me, my family, finances, friends and
anything and anyone associated with me in Jesus’ name.
Side Note: A person can be blindly
raped and a person can consent to the rape. We need to tune into the Holy
Spirit so that we can clearly see what is happening and make the necessary
adjustments and bind this spirit.
Prayer:
In the name of Jesus by the power of
the Holy Spirit, I BIND YOU, spirit of rape right now! Spirit of rape, you no
longer have access to me! You have been denied access to me, my family,
friends, our finances, our homes and everything that the Father has so
graciously blessed us with, by the Blood of Jesus Christ! Spirit of rape, I
BIND YOU in the name of Jesus! You can no longer enter into my presence and
forcefully take what belongs to me! I snatch it ALL back in the mighty name of
Jesus Christ! You are in complete violation devil! I take back the POWER that
was given to me, in Jesus’ name! You can no longer rape me in any area of my
life because of the Blood of Jesus Christ! The entire atmosphere around me, my
family and friends is sealed in the Blood of Jesus Christ! Where ever we set
our feet, you cannot come near us! Devil, you are out of your league! Be thou
removed in the name of Jesus! Amen! We (I) loose you to where ever Jesus Christ
commands you to go! All links, roots, tentacles, chains, fetters etc. that are
connected to you, spirit of rape, are dismantled, broken, burned and killed in
the name of Jesus! You no longer exist! In the matchless name of Jesus! This
battle is won because Jehovah-Nissi, our banner, has gone before us! Blessed be the name of the Lord! Amen!
Freedom
I (we) Blood block it TODAY Father;
known and unknown things. The things that are coming against Your covenant
people. Satan, you are under arrest this day and forevermore! We are FREE!
Where there is liberty, there is FREEDOM!
We are no longer bound! FREEDOM!
We are no longer sick! FREEDOM!
We are no longer addicted! FREEDOM!
We are no longer tricked! FREEDOM!
We are no longer lost! FREEDOM!
We are no longer cursed! FREEDOM!
We are no longer prisoners! FREEDOM!
We are not of this world! FREEDOM
We are no longer blind! FREEDOM!
We are no longer withheld! FREEDOM!
We are no longer barren! FREEDOM!
We are no longer dry! FREEDOM!
Satan, we are making you
uncomfortable TODAY/TONIGHT! You have NO dominion over us! We are covered,
saturated in the Blood of Jesus Christ! Go back to the abyss from whence you
came or wherever Jesus Christ commands you to go! This door is shut and sealed
in the Blood of Jesus! You cannot penetrate the Blood of Jesus! You cannot come
back! In the name of Jesus! Amen!
A Prayer of Praise
A
Prayer of Praise
I am nothing Father; nothing but
ashes and dust before You. I come before You to offer my praise to You. I will
praise Thee, Oh Lord My God, with all my heart. I will glorify Thy name
forever. For great is Thy mercy toward me. Through my difficult moments, I
praise You. Through my peaceful moments, I praise You. I praise You when I am
weak. I praise You when I am strong. I praise You when there is abundance. I
praise You when there is lack. When my well is dry, I praise You. I offer You,
Father, a sacrifice of praise, the fruit of my lips that openly professes Your Name. I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made! I will praise
You because of Your unfailing and unconditional love for me. Your praise will
always be on my lips. I give You a grateful praise Father God, for Your
Glorious grace that You have freely given to me. Please accept my prayer of
praise. In the matchless name of Jesus, Amen.

Getting Personal~Life Changing Events
We all have our milestones and life changing events that occur in our lives. For women, getting married, having a baby, set in our careers, buying a house, and so on and so forth. For men, it could be just the same. Growing up, I envisioned my own wedding day; each and every detail. From the wedding dress, the bridesmaids and matron of honor's dress, the cakes, the groomsmen and their tuxedos, cufflinks, shoes, etc. However, a life-changing even occurred in my life.
I met a guy who I thought was the ONE. He was good looking, boyish smile, tall, focused on becoming a counselor, and supported me during my collegiate years. We were two peas in a pod. You didn't see me without him and him without me. Inseparable. We were in love. As with any relationship, there were ups and downs, good times, great times, roller coaster rides, and the like. I supported and advised him through his struggles and vice versa.
Later on down the road....a life changing event occurred. He hit me. I became a victim of domestic violence. I didn't understand why that happened. I thought that if you truly loved someone, that would never be something that your loved one would have to experience. Love was not supposed to come in this form. Love was to never hurt physically unless it was birthing a child. Well that evening, an evil thing was birthed. I was confused. I was highly emotional. I was disoriented. I did not understand what happened and why it happened and most importantly, why it happened to me.
He was jailed that night and my entire world came crashing down. A whirlwind. Many thoughts and questions came through my mind....Why did he hit me? Who will find out? I can't go to work like this! I'm afraid to tell anyone; especially my family. What did I do that was so wrong that triggered this reaction from him? And the questions continued. I loved him and I hated him. I didn't want to be without him but I wanted him to feel the exact same pain and more as I felt.
As statistics show, 99% of women go back to the men who assaulted/abused them. Well, I'm in that category. I took him back. I loved him and in my heart, I could not go on without him. We had great times after that but something in the back of my mind kept telling me to get out. I suppressed that voice more times than I can count...because I loved him and I believed our relationship would change for the better. It was a roller coaster as I mentioned earlier and then...another life changing event. I got pregnant.
During my pregnancy, we did not fight physically thank God but we did argue. I was laid off from my job weeks prior to finding out I was pregnant and he was not employed at all. All the weight of the bills were on my shoulders. Completely stressed out but yet he was "the man of the house" and wanted to spend money wildly that we didn't have and live worry free on my dime. You may be wondering and asking many questions and I will be more than happy to answer them in the comments sections. During these difficult and trying times, I sought a relationship with the Lord. I was not going to make it without Him. I prayed and I made sure that I was at church whenever the doors were opened. He begin coming to church with me and it seemed as if things were turning around for us for the better. We had an argument one night and I told him if we got into a physical altercation, he was going to have to leave for good. It was a brutal fight and I was a mess.
I sought God more and more throughout this entire ordeal. I cried. I prayed. I forgave him. I prayed for him. I forgave myself. I repented. I asked God to save me and rescue me from this almost deadly relationship. A couple of days later, he chose to leave without me asking; that was best for us and our daughter. I thank God everyday for that day. Only God Himself had to be the one to prick his heart to leave. Yes he left me and his child but that is how we were saved that day. My relationship with God became stronger and my faith in Him was renewed and welcomed. It hasn't been easy after that but God has kept His promises to me and my daughter until this very day. He has supplied all of our needs and comforted us over the years.
God had and still has His hands in my life and in the life of my daughter. By reading God's word, I never would have found the love and strength that I was looking for in a man. God always kept His promises to me when man always changed his mind and/or lied and hurt me (us). God has shown me through His word how a man is to love a woman and what a woman should expect from a man. A known Proverb says that "A man who findeth a wife findeth a good thing." This time around, I will wait on God. God's word is a light and a blueprint for all aspects of our lives. Through my trials and tribulations that I have shared with you all, God was with me even though I never realized that He was with me. I praise God today because He never left me and that He has bigger plans for me and better things for me and my daughter. I thank God for His grace and unmerited mercy towards me. God is a long-suffering God and a God of many chances and redemption. Oh how wonderful is He!
This experience truly increased my thirst and appetite for Him and knowing that He truly loves us all inspite of our downfalls, shortcomings, mistakes, and bad decisions. I serve an awesome God who is worthy to be praised! I thank God for delivering me from the hands of the devil and gives me and all of us the POWER to defeat the devil and overcome by the POWER of His word!
I left out alot of details but I believe you all understand what I am saying. Again, just a part of my journey in this life and striving daily to draw closer to the Lord. Please share your feelings, stories, advice, encouragement, etc in the comments section! I would love to hear from you and encourage you and pray with you as well as you all doing the same for me. Thanks for reading! Until next time...be blessed and I love you all!

Prayers
Prayer is an essential tool in obtaining a closer relationship with
God. Prayer is simply having a conversation with God. Just as if you
would talk to a good friend. God is our friend and He loves us so very
much! He wants us to come to Him with all of our problems, issues,
thoughts, our happy times, our troubled times. God wants us to be as
close to Him as we possibly can. Prayers can be life changing and life
saving. Will you open up and talk with Him? He's just a conversation
away...
If you would like to leave your prayer requests in the comments section of this page, please feel free to do so. Rest assured I will pray for you. Also, pray for those who post as well...touching and agreeing in spirit.
Philippians 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
James 5:16 Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.
Matthew 6:9-15 "This, then, is how you should pray:" 'Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from the evil one.' For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.
1 Chronicles 4:10 Jabez cried out to the God of Israel, "Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain." And God granted his request.
